The sprites are beautiful, the movement and animations are smooth, the backgrounds are gorgeous and the guns feel amazing.
My only complaint is I wish there was more ammo, or at least more packs around, considering how quickly you can burn through them - the pistol is just nowhere near as fun as the rest of the arsenal. I also wish there were more checkpoints or at least some additional lives like in Eternal ; getting far and having to start over again can be a bit frustrating. By the way, the shooting reaction of the zombie soldiers is also a bit too fast when you're close to them, it makes it hard to kill them without taking damage.
Still, those details are minor compared to the rest of the experience. Kudos!
I WISH WE COULD CALIBRATE THE CONTROLS AND SOUND. also arrow keys are not really that efficient in movement. also the aim should be with a mouse. other than that good content good game
Very cool! A minor complaint, though: if you're immediately adjacent to an enemy and fire, you end up firing behind them. And if you're immediately adjacent to a wall and try to shoot up, your shots just hit the wall.
Your game is fantastic. I can't use a Xbox One controller. I test with other HTML games and I haven't had problems. By other hand, is it possible dowload your game? I would like to intall in a handmade arcade and configure manual the controls
We’ll try to provide an executable version (better perfs, less bugs) when we have some inputs from rights owners. Contact is in progress.
It’s a Game Maker 2 game and XO controller is supported in desktop so maybe it’s the web export or your browser? It’s always a bit experimental for that kind of things...
